Prepare a precise receiving handoff
Give the address, authorised entrance and contact who approves placement. Explain visiting windows or a supervised entry process. If the organiser is off site, make sure the person receiving equipment has the same accepted instructions.
Compare the equipment with the operating plan
Describe users, duration, existing bathrooms and essential features. Review washing, accessible provision and service together. Keep collection and later revisions attached to the order so the equipment remains supported after the initial delivery.
Can the receiving person identify the accepted placement?
For a Miami enquiry, make the actual address, permitted entrance and placement instructions available to whoever meets the supplier. An off-site organiser should not assume those details are known locally. Discuss user needs and agreed support with the provider, then have changes communicated through the booking contact rather than improvised on arrival.
