Include washing at the first planning stage
People may need soap-and-water washing whether or not they use a toilet at the same time. Explain work, refreshments and helper activity when discussing a station. Review a position users can reach without entering a vehicle route or someone’s private indoor space.
Keep the station supported throughout use
Ask about supplies, water, wastewater and replenishment for the proposed rental. Include service access when describing the ground and entrance. Contact the business when demand changes; a delivered station should not be assumed to provide unlimited supplies without an agreed support arrangement.
Position washing where people will use it
Describe where workers or guests take breaks and move between activities. Discuss a location that is convenient without making people queue in a vehicle approach or private household entrance. Ask who checks supplies, which replenishment is included and how to request help between visits. A separate washing station is an item to plan and support, not an unlimited water connection.
