Inspect the property in the order equipment will use it
Start at the entrance, follow the vehicle approach and identify the proposed standing area. Note surface conditions, obstacles and work that could change the route. Separately consider how people reach the facility and where washing belongs.
Prepare for the visits after delivery
Agree the receiving contact, cleaning access and collection process. Share the accepted instructions with whoever controls the gate. If the property changes, ask for a revised arrangement before blocking the approach, moving the equipment or extending its stay.
Check three routes, not one photograph
Describe how the delivery vehicle approaches, how people reach the equipment and how future service visits are admitted. Note any planned work that changes those routes. Let the provider assess the actual ground and equipment requirements, then give the accepted instructions to the on-site contact. Recheck the plan before fencing, paving or materials make an agreed route unusable.
- Vehicle approach
- User path through the activity area
- Repeat access while property work continues
