Coordinate the site visitor procedure
Explain check-in, approved visiting times and who can authorise the equipment position. Keep sensitive credentials out of public enquiry details. Include the actual work location if it differs from the address used for billing.
Review use across the working day
List shifts, simultaneous users and existing bathrooms. Ask about washing, supplies and service that fit the activity. Confirm a revised arrangement if operations or access change, rather than assuming the original instructions remain correct.
Who receives a visit after the site contact changes shift?
Include a receiving contact who can act during the agreed supplier windows at the Doral property. Share the accepted location and entry procedure across shifts. Report a revised gate or storage area to the rental provider so the next service visit does not depend on finding the person who originally ordered the equipment.
