Review the property as the rental continues
An extended Cutler Bay project may change the crew, ground surface or entrance. Explain likely stages when discussing equipment and servicing. Keep a contact responsible for checking that the agreed approach remains available as other work progresses.
Confirm the final action that ends the order
Ask about the actual period, billing basis and process for extensions and pickup. Contact the business before the agreed end if the work changes. Stopping use is not necessarily the same as requesting collection, so keep the approved removal instructions with the site contact.
Review the arrangement at each project milestone
A longer rental may span changes in crew size, supervision and the usable ground around the facilities. Put a review of toilets, washing and service access alongside those milestones. Discuss an extension before the agreed period ends and ask how final removal is requested. Finishing the work or leaving the property does not itself communicate a collection instruction to the provider.
- Use and access reviewed as the project develops
- Extension terms confirmed before the end date
- Removal requested through the agreed process
