Ask the site lead to review the approach
Describe the ordinary toilet and washing needs, working hours and any restricted areas. Have the responsible contact approve placement before a supplier visit. Do not assume a standard portable facility is specialist emergency or decontamination equipment.
Make the next visit as practical as the first
Include service access, supplies and a backup contact in the proposal. Tell the business if storage or operations change the route. Keep collection instructions current until the equipment has actually been removed.
What happens if the authorised entry procedure changes?
Keep the rental provider informed of revised receiving instructions at the Opa Locka site and identify who can approve access for scheduled visits. Share sensitive gate details privately. Have the site team review ordinary sanitation placement separately from any specialist facilities required by the work itself.
