Make the walking route part of the request
Explain where workers or guests spend time and which existing bathrooms they can use. A convenient vehicle drop-off may not be convenient for users. Discuss the proposed locations and accessible needs before choosing quantity.
Keep service access in the property plan
Tell the business about surfaces, gates and later work that could block the approach. Name the receiving contact and agree how changes are handled. Do not relocate equipment as the activity moves without confirming a revised arrangement.
Can people reach the unit without crossing the work route?
Discuss the pedestrian approach to the proposed Homestead placement separately from truck access. Include where workers or guests spend their time and any work that moves through that area. Ask the responsible site contact to review the arrangement before equipment arrives, and reassess it if landscaping or deliveries alter the route.
