Explain the busiest use rather than the invitation total
Provide simultaneous guests or workers, duration, break pattern and available indoor bathrooms. Include setup staff, vendors or overlapping trades as relevant. Describe separate work or activity areas that cannot conveniently share one restroom location.
Ask for an arrangement, not just a number
Review the proposed toilet quantity with washing, accessible provision and cleaning. A universal ratio cannot account for every site and activity. Confirm the recommendation for the actual property and discuss applicable requirements with the responsible organiser instead of treating an estimate as approval.
Separate headcount from how the facilities will be used
Explain when people arrive, which groups overlap and whether they can use existing bathrooms. Identify separate activity areas that cannot conveniently share one position. Discuss washing and the proposed service arrangement at the same time as toilet numbers. Have the provider review the complete brief; a single total or an unqualified worker ratio is not a reliable answer for every rental.
- Overlapping users and bathroom access
- Separate areas needing provision
- Washing and service considered with quantity
